Untoxicated's success starts and ends with happy customers.
So, if your skin isn’t completely satisfied, we will issue you an exchange or refund for your skincare purchase within 30 days. (Please note: all merchandise items, including the reusable cleansing pads, are final sale.)
Simply Contact Us, or send us an email at care@untoxicated.com, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return & the reason for requesting a return. We’ll work to make it right.

SKINCARE RETURNS
If you are unsatisfied with your skincare purchase from www.untoxicated.com for any reason, within 30 days of your original purchase date, you may return the unused portion for a refund of the purchase price less the original shipping fees. Please note that all refunds are subject to a $5.95 return processing fee. All merchandise is final sale.
If Untoxicated has made an error in processing your order - including sending an incorrect item in your shipment - please Contact Us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the error that occurred. We’ll work to make it right for you.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase from www.untoxicated.com. We reserve the right to require a photo or video of the order and/or return items in order to complete any request.
Products purchased from other retailers or other e-commerce sites may not be returned to www.untoxicated.com even if they are Untoxicated branded products. The original retailer must be contacted and their purchase terms and conditions will apply.
Please note that we monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges.
MERCHANISE RETURNS
All non-skincare merchandise is final sale.
GIFT RETURNS
If you received a product as a gift, and the product was marked as a gift by the purchaser & shipped directly to you, we are more than happy to provide you with an exchange of equal value within 30 days of the original purchase date. We do require an order ID or proof of purchase from our website in order to issue an exchange. All other return policies apply.
GIFT CARDS & MERCHANDISE CREDIT
Gift cards may not be exchanged for a cash refund. Product credit may not be redeemed for cash (unless required by law), reloaded, transferred to others, or sold and can only be used at www.untoxicated.com.
SHIPPING LIABILITY & FEES
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Untoxicated is not liable for carrier-related damage occuring in-transit, although we will do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN SHIPPING PROCEDURE
You may be provided a pre-paid shipping label to complete your return.
Within 15 business days, you must package your return item(s) in the original packaging (if available), or a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit, and submit your return shipment to the specified carrier.
You are responsible for the safe return of your order to the address specified on the pre-paid return shipping label, or if not specified, 2000 Auburn Drive, Suite 200, Beachwood, OH 44122.
Once your refund is received by Untoxicated and deemed to be in good condition, you will receive an email confirmation of your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, less a $5.95 return processing fee.
Please note that we protect the integrity of the products we sell. All returned (used or unused) products are not returned to inventory and are properly disposed of.
