SHIPPING POLICY
Untoxicated offers free standard shipping within the United States, as well as to PO and APO boxes, for orders over $55, before taxes & fees are applied, and after promotional offers are discounted. For US orders under $55, standard shipping is $7.95.
We do not offer expedited shipping within the US, or international shipping, at this time.

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to the 50 United States plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. We can ship to USPS-recognized P.O. boxes.
We do not ship to freight forwarders’ addresses. Any orders completed using a freight forwarder are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason. We do not have control over the conditions with which freight forwarders ship our products and are not able to guarantee their condition upon arrival. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping internationally or to a freight forwarder.

FREE SHIPPING & HANDLING
We offer free standard shipping within the US on orders of $55.00 USD or more, before the calculation of taxes and other applicable fees, and after all credits and discounts have been applied.
We may also offer free shipping on a limited promotional basis, which is subject to the terms and conditions of the specific promotional offer and Untoxicated's overarching Terms & Conditions.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed Mondays - Fridays, with the exception of federal holidays and select religious observance days. With the possible exception of shipments during the aforementioned holiday periods, special promotions, new product launches, or other seasonal fluctuations, orders are processed within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed.
ORDER SHIPPING TIME
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it should typically take 3-10 business days to arrive, depending on its arrival destination. Sunday deliveries are subject to USPS standard terms. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, and APO boxes may experience longer transit times.
ORDER UPDATES & ERRORS
We cannot guarantee order modifications, address changes, or cancellations once an order has been placed. However, should you make an error in placing your order, please Contact Us immediately and we’ll do our best to help!
If Untoxicated has made an error in processing your order - including sending an incorrect item in your shipment - please Contact Us within 7 business days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a description of the error that occurred. We’ll work to make it right for you. We reserve the right to require a photo or video of shipment, and items contained within, in order to complete any request.
ORDER TRACKING
An email notification containing tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. A subsequent notification will be provided once the courier marks the shipment as delivered. You can also use your Account to access order details and including tracking information at any time.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Untoxicated is not liable for carrier-related damage occuring in-transit.
Untoxicated is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by ground or air transportation delays, severe weather, courier errors or other circumstances out of our control.
Untoxicated is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. We therefore encourage you to reach out directly to the courier for support if such issues arise.
Should you reach out to Untoxicated for additional support on any of the above, we will do our best to assist on a case-by-case basis. Please note that doing so is at our sole discretion and no level of support - or outcome - is guaranteed.
